The International Specialized Program Division operates under the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange as a secondary-level administrative unit. It is overseen by the Dean of International Affairs and led by a dedicated Director. Serving as the primary point of contact and support for students, the Division manages matters related to their academic studies—including preparatory Mandarin courses—as well as daily life and career guidance. Its responsibilities encompass all aspects of the student experience, such as international exchange, recruitment, registration, and enrollment-related procedures (including applications for and renewals of residence permits, health and commercial insurance, and scholarships). Furthermore, the Division coordinates with various internal departments to facilitate academic and student affairs services, providing comprehensive support for students regarding their studies in Taiwan, language communication, and cultural adjustment.
