서울여자대학교 국제교류팀 장혜진 입니다.
먼저, 어려운 시기에도 프로그램 운영을 위해 애써주시는 각 대학 선생님들께 감사의 인사를 드립니다.
다가오는 2022학년도 봄 학기 교환학생 프로그램 관련 사항을 안내해 드립니다.
추천해 주실 학생이 있으신 경우 첨부된 엑셀 양식을 작성하시어 11월 말일까지 이메일로 회신해 주시기 바랍니다.
지난 가을학기에 신청서류를 제출하였다가 입국이 취소된 학생은 일부 서류 제출이 면제됩니다.
코로나19 영향으로 예년보다 프로그램 안내가 늦어진 만큼 혹시 기한 내에 추천이 어려우신 경우 미리 계획하고 계신 추천 일정 등을 알려주시기 바랍니다.
또한 이전에 봄 학기에 교환학생을 신청하였다가 취소한 학생들이라도, 저에게 다시 명단을 보내주시기 바랍니다.
2022학년도 봄학기 운영과 관련하여 아직 많은 사항이 불확실한 상황이며, 변화하는 상황에 따라 부득이 프로그램 변경 및 취소될 여지가 남아있는 상황이므로, 양해를 부탁드립니다.
아울러 현재까지는 2022학년도 봄학기에는 교내에 자가격리 시설을 운영할 계획이 없으며, 학생들 스스로 자가격리 장소를 찾아야 합니다.
따라서 지금 상황으로는 한국 입국 후 교외에 자가격리 장소를 마련한 학생에 한하여 교환 수용 가능하며, 기숙사는 자가격리 이후 입사 가능한 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
향후 추가적으로 확정되는 사항이나 변경되는 사항이 있을 경우 즉시 안내드릴 예정이오니 업무에 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

I truly hope that everyone are safe and healthy during this difficult time. We would like to thank you for your support and cooperation even during this unprecedented time.
Attached please find the fact sheet and application form for 2022 Spring semester exchange program. We kindly ask you to submit your nominations through e-mail by November 30. For students who have returned home or unable to enter Korea in Fall 2021 and wish to apply for Spring 2022 again, they are exempt from submitting some of application documents. As the nomination for the 2022 Spring semester started a bit late this year, if it is difficult to nominate students by the end of November, please let me know your schedule or plans in advance.
Also, even if you applied for an exchange student in the spring semester and canceled it, please send me the nomination sheet again.
Details for 2022 Spring semester exchange program have not been decided yet. And there is still a possibility that program will be changed or cancelled due to the uncertainty of pandemic. We ask for your understanding in advance.
And I would like to inform you that until now, there are no plans to operate a quarantine facility on the Seoul Women's University campus in the Spring semester of 2021. Therefore, we will only accept students who could afford a self-quarantine place outside the campus after entering Korea. Student can be move in on-campus dormitory after the quarantine periods is over. We will notify you if there are any changes or updates.
