12. 財力證明書Financial statement / Chứng minh tài chính

1. 限提供本人或三等親(父母、祖父母、兄弟姊妹)出具財力證明、匯款證明、獎學金證明；非本人之財力須另繳附親屬關係證明及申請入學資助者財力保證書。Either yourself or a third party (parents, grandparents, siblings) must provide proof of financial ability, the remittance certificate, and the scholarship certificate. If the financial resources are certified by a third-party, a certificate demonstrating the familial relationship and guarantor’s financial affidavit must be attached. 【Attachment 9】
