1. 1. 入學申請手續Documents required for the application

   • 申請方式: 紙本申請、email申請，依規定繳交書審資料

   1. 填寫一份外國學生入學申請表含2吋照片三張
   2. 經中華民國駐外館處驗證之高中畢業程度證明或高中畢業證書及成績單（申請大學部）、二年或三年制學院修業證明及成績單（申請插班大學部）或大學畢業證書及成績單（申請研究所）
   3. 經中華民國駐外館處驗證足夠在臺就學之財力證明書
   4. 健康證明含愛滋、結核病、痲疹抗體及德國痲疹抗體檢驗報告
   5. 護照影印本或其他國籍證明文件一份
   6. 留學讀書計劃書
   7. 身分資格聲明具結書
   8. 正式能力測驗成績證明(中文/英文)
   9. 推薦信
    

2. 1. Completed application form for foreign students admission with three 2-inch photos
3. 2. Notarized High School Diploma and transcript or approved documents about similar school achievement（application for undergraduate program）, 2- or 3-year Institute Diploma and Transcript (application for undergraduate program), Bachelor degree certificate and transcript （application for graduate program）.
4. 3. Notarized financial statement to cover the study fees
5. 4. Most recent health certificate（including HIV, tuberculosis, measles antibody titers and rubella antibody titers tests）
6. 5. A photocopy of passport or other equivalent verification of nationality
7. 6. Statement of Purpose / Study plan
8. 7. Admission Application Affidavit(Declaration)
9. 8. Proof of Language Proficiency, TOCFL/HSK；TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS/Cambridge ESOL/GEPT/CSEPT
10. 9. Letter of Recommendation
