經中華民國駐外館處驗證之成績單正本(英文或中文翻譯本) Official transcripts of academic records in English or Chinese, which should be officially notified. Học bạ đã được công chứng của văn phòng VH-KT Đài Bắc tại VN (dịch sang tiếng Trung hoăc tiếng Anh) 報到註冊時繳驗Kiểm tra giấy tờ bản chính khi đến làm thủ tục nhập học .

需繳交中文能力證明should submit a proof of TOCFL A2 Level or equivalent certificate. Người đăng ký học hoàn toàn bằng chương trình tiếng Trung cần phải nộp chứng chỉ tiếng Trung TOCFL/HSK 產學專班須達TOCFL A1以上Học sinh đăng ký lớp chuyên ban VHVL , khả năng tiếng Hoa cần phải đạt TOCFL A1 trở lên .
推薦信函2封 The Letters of Recommendation (Every applicant needs to submit at least recommendation letter from a Chinese teaching teacher except those applicant whose mother language is Mandarin ) Thư giới thiệu -2 bản ( 1 bản của giáo viên tiếng Hoa)	【Attachment 8】
財力證明書Financial statement / Chứng minh tài chính 限提供本人或三等親(父母、祖父母、兄弟姊妹)出具財力證明、匯款證明、獎學金證明；非本人之財力須另繳附親屬關係證明及申請入學資助者財力保證書。Either yourself or a third party (parents, grandparents, siblings) must provide proof of financial ability, the remittance certificate, and the scholarship certificate. If the financial resources are certified by a third-party, a certificate demonstrating the familial relationship and guarantor’s financial affidavit must be attached. 【Attachment 9】 Chỉ nhận chứng minh tài chính của người đăng ký học hoặc của ông bà cha mẹ anh chị em ruột thịt , đơn chứng minh chuyển khoản , chứng minh học bổng ; Nếu chứng minh tài chính không phải của người đăng ký học cần phải nộp kèm theo chứng minh quan hệ giữa đôi bên và đơn đảm bảo tài chính của người chu cấp 【Attachment 9】	【Attachment 9】
