國合處組織架構

建國科技大學秉持「健康、綠能、智動化」與「AI人工智慧」為核心特色，持續深化國際化校園的建構。國際合作及交流處（簡稱國合處）為本校推動國際及兩岸教育與學術交流合作之主要窗口，負責境外招生、姊妹校交流、國際師生研修、新南向合作、僑外生輔導、語言能力培訓等多元任務。

依據本校定位為應用型科技大學，積極推動「三力」：學力、實力、願力，國合處之經營策略亦與此對應，致力於建構符合國際標準的教學與學習環境，以提升境外生就學品質、促進本校師生國際移動力，並建立與國際接軌之校園文化。
Chienkuo Technology University (CTU) upholds the core themes of "Health, Green Energy, Intelligent Automation," and "Artificial Intelligence (AI)" while continuously deepening the development of an internationalized campus. The Office of International Affairs (OIA) serves as the university's primary gateway for promoting international and cross-strait educational and academic exchanges. It manages a diverse range of responsibilities, including overseas student recruitment, sister-school partnerships, international study and research programs, "New Southbound Policy" collaborations, support services for overseas and international students, and language proficiency training.
Aligned with the university's identity as an applied technology university—which actively promotes the "Three Powers" of academic competence, practical capability, and aspirational drive—the OICC’s operational strategy focuses on creating teaching and learning environments that meet international standards. Through these efforts, the office aims to enhance the quality of education for international students, boost the international mobility of faculty and students, and cultivate a campus culture that is globally integrated.

1.5 Facilitating overseas advanced studies, exchanges, and study tours for faculty and students
1.6 Providing counseling and information regarding studying abroad
1.7 Offering consultation and guidance to international students and overseas compatriot students
1.8 Assisting with curriculum planning and coordination for international students
1.9 Organizing or co-organizing international academic conferences at the university
1.10 Representing the university at international conferences
1.11 Receiving and hosting distinguished international guests
1.12 Handling other matters related to international and cross-strait academic exchanges
設置法源：
本處之設置，乃依據本校新訂『建國科技大學組織章程』第二章第九條第五款之規定：本處分設國際暨兩岸事務組、國際專修部，國際暨兩岸事務組置組長 一人，國際專修部置主任一人，並置職員若干人。
